**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Demonstrate and sell products to customers, using your product knowledge to upsell and promote related items.
- Manage cash register, operate a cash register, and handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change accurately.
- Stock shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in product demos and events to promote products and engage with customers.
- Maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store profits.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Perform basic math calculations to complete transactions and manage inventory.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a retail store environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move products as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
