We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth retail operation. The Specialist will be responsible for managing stock, assisting customers, and promoting products effectively within a retail environment, particularly in a shoe settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support during their shopping experience.
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels and assist with pricing strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to enhance customer experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Familiarity with stock management processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for transaction processing.
• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Ability to sell products by demonstrating features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Competence in retail math and basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
• Experience conducting product demos in a grocery store or similar environment is highly desirable.
