What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Cashier/Customer Service Desk Associate position at Dillard's, Inc.?
We are looking to add to our customer service team. This position is for our cash office and customer service desk. Job duties include, but are not limited to, reconciling registers/tills and preparing bank deposit from prior day, answering incoming phone calls, taking payments from clients, making change for associates, wrapping gifts for clients, filling "buy on line pick up in store" orders for clients.
This position requires open availability between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, Monday through Sunday. Schedules are flexible. Shifts typically will run from 6 to 8 hours.
