- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving sales goals and participating in promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register.
- Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
