Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial for inventory management tasks.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
