This is a $17.00/hr DRAW Commission position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
- Employ retail math skills to assist with inventory management, sales tracking, and order processing.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Supervise junior staff or new hires as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand’s image.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to perform stock management duties effectively.
