$23.85 per hour plus the opportunity to earn up to 15% commission on personal sales if monthly goals are met with the additional opportunity to earn bonuses of up to $7,500 annually by making quarterly and yearly sales goals.

Job Duties:

Primary duty is to be a constant presence on the selling floor in order to manage, observe, monitor, coach (train) and supervise one (1) or more Tailored Clothing Specialists which includes responsibilities for the sales performance of these associates. This position will include extensive selling contact with customers in order to coach and teach Tailored Clothing associates by example using a 'live' customer and to demonstrate to the associates under your supervision multiple selling and product application techniques. Manager duties will include, but are not limited to, scheduling associates, resolving associate and customer questions and complaints, performing periodic associate performance reviews and evaluations, interviewing potential new associates and administering discipline up to and including discharge in coordination with the Store Manager. Manager is primarily responsible for overall sales performance of their workcenter, maintaining proper inventory of all product types, and overall customer satisfaction. Manager is expected to perform other related work, tasks or duties as designated by the Store Manager.

Physical Demands

• Regular attendance is required with the ability to work overtime as needed.

• Must be able to stand for lengthy and continuous periods totaling up to 8 hours per day.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to stock and retrieve merchandise.

• Requires ability to operate a computer terminal, as well as grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening, hearing, speaking, and visual acuity.

• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of interacting with employees and customers.

• Vision occurs continuously in the process of merchandising, and interaction with customers.

• Requires manual dexterity to perform product demonstrations with customers.

• Requires a level of personal hygiene conducive to close personal contact with customers.
