Dillard’s Northwood Mall is seeking a full time, fashion forward sales associate to sell ladies shoes. This position has a base pay draw $13 an hour then there is commission so the sky is the limit if you are a strong seller
Requirements:
- Must feel comfortable working one on one with customers to build sales, while also assisting multiple customers when needed.
- Must have a passion for products and be knowledgeable about fashion trends and benefits and features of the shoes.
- Must be willing to process new arrivals and assist with department visual presentations.
- We require associates to spend one hour in the stock room each day worked.
- Must be energetic and exceed customers' expectations of service.
- Would feel comfortable with social media and willing to build a clientele.
- Must have a good understanding of commission sales and the benefit of making sales goals.
- Must have open availability.
- Commission sales with a base sales.
- Spiffs as well
Our store hours:
Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm
Sunday 12pm to 6pm. Don't apply if you can't work some Sunday's
Must be able to on weekends since this is our busiest time
