What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clearance Lead Associate position at Dillards Clearance?
Must recruit, coach and supervise all associates in assigned area, by motivating all associates to achieve established goals. Must follow company procedures, ensuring a safe environment for staff and visiting customers, maintaining records, and solving any freight issues that may arise. Direct all activities in assigned areas including inventory control, processing stock, managing markdowns and department recovery. Applicant must have ability to build positive productive relationships, demonstrate leadership ability, proven ability to manage, develop and motivate others while driving company objectives. Must have a steady work history with at least a year of management experience. This is not an all inclusive list of duties or requirements.
