An Accessories Specialist is responsible for providing expert sales and customer service focused on jewelry, sunglasses and related accessories, building relationships, and driving sales within the handbag department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Sales:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations for accessories.
- Drive sales by recommending products and upselling when appropriate.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by gathering clientele information and following up on purchases.
- Answer customer questions about products, materials, and care.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of trends, and materials.
- Stay informed about new collections and product offerings.
- Merchandising and Presentation:
- Ensure the accessories department is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Merchandise new receipts in a way that aligns with the brand and encourages sales.
- Other Duties:
- Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- May be involved in organizing and participating in promotional events.
Skills and Qualifications:
