We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Loading Bay associate in our Flagstaff Dillard's. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficient warehouse protocols as well as clea ing the store. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Daily loading bay operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Safe operation of heavy equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and transport companies to facilitate smooth loading operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse.
- Proficiency in order picking processes and familiarity with warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
