We are currently hiring qualified candidates to join our Dillard's Team! As a Home Department Selling Business Manager, we want you to bring your home decorating talents, experience, and enthusiasm to a team-oriented and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Make our customers look and feel great!
- Assist customers with knowledge, empathy, and sincerity by directing them to products that fit their personal needs by explaining the products benefits.
- Attract new clients.
- Build strong relationships with new clients for return visits.
- Create an amazing experience for all clients through great service .
- Attend all training and development opportunities both local and out of town.
- Understand that your contribution to the team sales will affect the over all success of the team as weel as your personal goals.
Qulifications:
- Goal oriented
- High Energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers both in and out of your assigned department
- Strong selling skills
- FUN, POSITIVE, AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY
- Willingness to learn from fellow team members as well as from store tools available to each associate.
- Willingness to make cold calls to promote products and events.
This position starts at $19.00/hour, 3% commission on your Home department sales. Possible monthly bonuses if certain sale objectives are met. This is an entry level management position to start your sales management career with Dillard's!
This is retail. We work three Saturdays and two Sundays per month. Must be able to work 10:45 - 8:15 shifts.
