A It Cosmetics manager is responsible for maximizing sales of It Cosmetice products, engaging customers to identify their needs, and providing expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, while maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
Customer Engagement and Sales:
- Consultative Approach: Engage customers to understand their needs and goals, offering personalized recommendations and solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of It Cosmetic products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance lines. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily sales targets and service standards. Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain a strong clientele base through excellent customer service and personalized attention.
Counter Management and Standards:
- Merchandising: Ensure the It Cosmetics counter is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to all relevant standards. Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, taking inventory, and replenishing products. Promotions: Execute promotions and events effectively.
Brand Representation:
- Professional Image: Represent the Lancôme brand in a positive and professional manner. Clienteling: Focus on building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals.
Other Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations. Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest products and techniques.
Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
