What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lancome Brand Manager position at Dillards?
Dillard’s at Illinois Center is currently hiring for a Lancome Brand Manager! This is an exciting position for anyone who has experience or is interested in working in the cosmetics industry.
Brand Manager responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details. In addition, Brand Managers manage sales quotas, product launches, planning and executing special events and assist in developing and supporting other team members along with the Area Sales Manager.
Brand Managers are expected to educate the entire team about launches regarding their brand, product knowledge, lead the team to help all achieve a common goal in excellent customer service, sales, merchandising, and building and maintaining a strong clientele.
To be successful in this role, candidates should be customer-service oriented and familiar with a wide range of beauty products. Candidates should be passionate about building client relationships and are comfortable with providing services. Additionally, an interest or passion for Lancome products is preferred but not required.
Candidates must have full open availability and a strong selling background.
Strong phone skills is a must!

- Willingness to learn from fellow team members as well as from store tools available to each consultant.
- Willingness to make cold calls to promote products and events.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays each month!
- Cosmetics experience preferred.
