Visual Management is responsible for helping the store achieve its sales and profits goals by: creating and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store which adheres to Dillard's presentation standards. Also included in this is to be able to coach every associate on how to merchandise their areas, dress bust forms and mannequins. Support key sales driving initiatives by creating impactful presentations. Our Visual Management members have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. They possess a positive outlook, the desire to achieve all goals and the ability to overcome any obstacles in their path. Our Visual Management can keenly analyze sales and merchandising trends to generate continued growth of the overall business.
