You will get to work directly with the founders of the company and be involved in strategic leadership thinking while expanding your knowledge across the multiple roles and responsibilities that come with a growing brand!GENERAL SUMMARY : The core mission of the Sr. Brand & Marketing Manager is to drive stellar marketing performance at the restaurant level - including company and franchise operations, while providing strategic vision and execution at the brand level. You will develop, present and execute high-impact brand marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. You are responsible for key vendor relationships and supporting field operations. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns along with the coinciding content development, developing and deploying local marketing tactics, and leveraging data-driven insights to adjust for efficacy. You will manage the strategic direction for branding, loyalty, campaign management, community impact, and overall planning of department budgets. You align the marketing strategy with our Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Core Values.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead, Manage and Accountability : Give Clear Direction - Set the tone by working side by side with Operations educating them on where marketing efforts are needed and giving clear direction to our agency and third-party partners on strategy, tactics, and deliverables.Set Clear Expectations - Be a great coach for our Operators! Define the standards with great training and be vocal about the expectations at Dillas. Set educated and realistic KPI’s for our agency and third-party partners.Communication - Give feedback and seek feedback. We communicate well and have an open-door mentality when confronting issues.Lead by Example - This role needs to be hands-on in local store marketing and support Operation’s leadership in building sales at the unit level.Brand Standards and Awareness :
Build the brand — expand awareness and trial of Dillas to drive incremental traffic to new and existing units.Align our communication style with our culture and values.Make sure we’re using our brand voice when communicating externally through all media channels.Drive consistency with the team on brand standards, look, and feel.Drive innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging new technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition and get the word out about Dillas.

Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize the company's loyalty program.Own the loyalty experience through app management.Enhance member engagement through personalized offers, rewards, and exclusive benefits.Analyze program performance, customer insights, and competitor trends to refine and improve initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams (product, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless program execution.Develop targeted CRM campaigns to nurture customer relationships and increase retention.Use data analytics and segmentation to personalize communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools and workflows for better efficiency.Drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies using customer insights and behavior analysis.
Campaign Development & Management :
Collaborate with executive leadership and create the yearly campaign calendar and strategy to align with business goals, drive brand awareness, and increase revenue.Create and distribute manager job aids to assist in the successful implementation of campaigns and provide alignment with Operations.Communicate KPIs for each campaign to Leadership, report and analyze results (qualitative / quantitative), pivot where needed, be nimble / flexible.Ensure restaurant materials for execution are ordered and delivered in a timely fashion.Collaborate with the President on the graphic design process, sharing new / updated designs with the team and gaining alignment.
Community Impact & Local Marketing :
Engage in initiatives that matter to our communities and localize our restaurants.Align the brand with giving back - spread the word about how Dillas can support local groups and organizations.Work with GMs on executing successful LSM plans each quarter – meet with them once a period to review progress and offer help where necessary.Activate sales tactics in the field when necessary to support revenue-building initiatives.
Public Relations & Social Media
Work in conjunction with the agency on all PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, leadership appearances, and crisis situations.Promote our wins in the community and manage our social messaging with our agency partner.Strategize with the agency on monthly social strategy and approve monthly content calendar.Stay on top of trends and keep Dillas relevant on social media channels.Coordinate all social media influencer selection and content approvals.
Budgets & Analytics :
Forecast and manage the brand and unit-level marketing budgets for the year.Review budgets each period and report to Leadership with direction for adjustments as needed to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.Track, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Work with the founders on manpower planning as appropriate.
Franchisee Support :
Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, including logo usage, menu design, and advertising standards. Protect the brand integrity by enforcing marketing policies and approving local marketing materials.Provide franchisees with templates and strategies for local advertising efforts. Offer guidance on grassroots marketing, such as community events, sponsorships, and partnerships.Supply marketing toolkits, ad materials, and content calendars.Ensure transparency in fund allocation and spending on national and regional campaigns by providing annual budgets and monthly reporting.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent required.3-5 years experience in QSR or Fast Casual restaurant environment, preferably with fast-growing and / or emerging brands.Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides).Marketing software (Google Analytics, CRM Tools, other analytics platforms).Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and social media strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Preferred experience with creative development and direction.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Self-starter - eager to learn and grow.Knowledge of Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects.
