Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure high-quality work and job site safety.
- Coordinate material procurement and manage inventory levels on-site.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
- Help deliver exceptional results that match our reputation for excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial construction management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
