What You Get to Do as a Branch Operations Administrator:
- Greet customers and answer customer calls, communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
- Coordinate resources to provide exceptional customer experience in all products and services offered.
- Dispatch technicians and ensure repairs are completed timely and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate all rental transactions; including rental contracts, billing procedures, inventory control and equipment transportation
- Assist in maintaining the rental fleet; including inspecting equipment and coordinating needed repairs.
- Provide parts counter support to both internal and external parts customers and keep customers updated on status of orders.
- Shipping and receiving materials, equipment and parts.
- Parts inventory management
What Qualities You Need to be a Successful Branch Operations Administrator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in dispatching or related customer service field is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Love to problem solve and have an eye for details
- Communicate with confidence, using interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build relationships and keep things moving.
- Having skills with computers and various technologies
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
