- Career Development Opportunities such as gaining Toyota Material Handling Master Forklift Technician Certifications: Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create lasting customer relationships
- Ability to convey product knowledge and expertise
- Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service
- Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, and parts used
- Maintain a service van and its inventory
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training as a mechanic is a plus!
- Automotive repair and/or technician experience working in material handling or other related industry
- Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
