Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist in product demonstrations and upselling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and product information.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math concepts.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products and promote sales initiatives.
