Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Office in Glen Cove, NY, seeks bright, energetic, and professional administrative assistant for a real estate management company. This is a close-knit office, where attention to detail and team work come first.
- Daily tasks include answering calls, taking messages, filing and organizing documents, data entry, and assisting with various assignments.
- Type, copy, scan, download files, maintain logs
- Strong organizational skills, and can multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Knowledge in navigating Microsoft Desktop OS (Word, Excel, Email)
- Thrives in both hectic and slow environments
- Will need to communicate with city agencies, vendors, and tenants.
- Real Estate Property Management Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus
- You may need to multitask and prioritize your work effectively
This position can be full-time or part-time, we operate Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
