What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Technician position at Dimatic?
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to work on our 1st shift. Job duties will vary day-to-day based on company needs but will include tasks such as maintenance on forklifts, injection molding machines, punch presses, and other heavy machinery, as well as other troubleshooting and preventative maintenance as needed. Knowledge of and previous work with electrical schematics, hydraulics, motors, etc. is expected. Knowledge of Injection Molding Machines is preferred, but not required.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for plant maintenance in all departments including troubleshooting and work on machines, forklifts, building projects and other projects as needed.
2. Responsible for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or electrical troubleshooting within the building.
3. Responsible for preventative maintenance within the building, including preventative maintenance on machines, forklifts, air-handling units, building infrastructure or other items as needed.
