Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager located in Norwich, CT. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing training and development programs, learning management systems, instructional design, and leadership development initiatives. Must be able to build curriculums for retail banking and design program related to business development, sales and sales coaching.
