Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Norwich, CT, for the position of SVP - Chief Consumer Banking Officer. The SVP - Chief Consumer Banking Officer will oversee all consumer banking activities which includes reporting oversight of the Wealth Management division and other elements including strategic planning, financial performance, product development, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities include leading teams, analyzing market trends, enhancing customer experiences, developing financial products, working closely as a key member of ALCO for rate/deposit forecasting, setting budget for Retail Banking division and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of Investments and related financial instruments

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience in consumer banking or related sectors
