WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We are looking for an accomplished supply chain professional with experience in operations, planning, and / or logistics to
oversee our U.S. supply chain and marketplace operations.
The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, and experience developing and managing supply chain and commercial partnerships that enable long term business growth and profitability. We are looking for a candidate that is a team player, excellent communicator, and is comfortable performing a variety of tasks, both tactical and strategic, to support the broader business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
- Work closely with our sales & global operations teams, U.S. retail partners, and third-party supply chain partners to oversee US operations
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve order fulfillment, and enhance customer satisfaction across the marketplace
Coordinate with sales team and key retail accounts to develop POV of seasonal demand and support wholesale order capture and order processing
Ensure compliance with retailer requirements regarding product packaging, labeling, fulfillment, etc. and communicate requirements to upstream supply chain partners as needed
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing (3PL), and order fulfillment, to ensure efficient and timely delivery to customers
Oversee inventory allocation and deployment decisions to optimize service and inventory productivity while effectively managing cost
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track marketplace performance, supply chain KPIs, and operational costs
Continuously analyze marketplace data and supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency
Assist with key reporting metrics, KPI’s, scorecards and dashboards that support business priorities
Manage and develop Supply Chain Operations Specialist (direct report)
Participate actively as a team member and performs other responsibilities / duties as apparent or assigned
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Team player that has the ability to multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Attention to detail / well organized
Ability to think strategically and conceptually
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision (startup or project management experience is helpful)
Experience establishing new operational processes and best-practices
Can easily adapt to new technologies, yet well versed in traditional business and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.); experience with NetSuite ERP software and SPS Commerce is a plus
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus
