Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20/hour and above based on experience
Benefits: Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance
Schedule:
- Year Round Full time 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Essential Qualifications
- Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
- Work Authorization
- Minimum 3 Years of professional commercial painting experience
- Strong references demonstrating reliability and skill

Key Responsibilities and Required Expertise
- Proficient in all aspects of surface preparation
- Expertise in masking and protecting non-painted surfaces
- Extensive knowledge of various primers, paints, and coatings, including their application and performance
- Mastery of brush, roller, and airless spray application techniques for a flawless finish
Working Environment
- Diverse commercial project settings, including, interiors, exteriors, construction sites, and occupied spaces
- Comfort working at heights, including ladder and lift operation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
