We can't wait for you to apply!The role You will lead and own all product design within the company by working with a small team of product owners and engineers to build excellent developer experiences on thirdweb.What you’ll be doing Lead product design for the entire thirdweb product stackOwn our overall design philosophy and approach and champion it across the org.Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define product direction and user experiences.Identify user experience pain points across our user base and develop elegant solutions that meet their needsCreate and maintain a cohesive style guide and ensure that a consistent design language is applied across the product.Develop visual iconography to enrich the experience throughout the productCollaborate with the team to brainstorm solutions to solve customer challenges, plan new features, and extract learnings from missesCommunicate with our customers to assist in integrating thirdweb into their application or platformStay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web3, UI / UX best practices, and competitive landscape.Mentor and lead a small team of designers across the company; provide feedback and foster a creative and collaborative work environment.What we're looking for 5 years experience on a product design team for developer-focused applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleIn lieu of all the experience, the hunger, drive, grit and determination to figure-it-all-out.
