What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Reality Experience Operator position at Dimension XR?
Dimension XR is a virtual reality entertainment center that offers unique VR games and experiences to the public. We are looking for someone who has weekend and evening availability and strong customer service skills who can assist customers as they come into our location for sessions, parties, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Clean and sanitize VR headsets and controllers.
- Maintain a clean environment throughout the facility by cleaning and inspecting regularly.
- Assist as needed with guests needs for parties and events.
- Collect electronic payments as needed.
- Be punctual and consistent.
- Stay productive.
In addition to these minimum requirements, experience or strong interest in any of the following areas is an added value:
- Photography and videography.
- Social media marketing.
- Video production.
- Graphic design.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
