Reporting to the Diversity and Inclusion Manager and HR Chief-of-Staff, the Human Resources Project Manager will work with stakeholders within Human Resources and across the firm on managing projects tied to key employee engagement initiatives including diversity and inclusion and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive impactful projects that advance D&I goals, enhance HR processes, and contribute to the overall impact of the department.

Primary Responsibilities
Diversity & Inclusion Project Management:
- Oversee the ongoing operations of the five Inclusion Networks, ensuring their success and alignment with enterprise D&I goals and business objectives
- In partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion manager and Global Co-Head of Human Resources provide content to client-facing teams to help respond to D&I related queries and interests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead, asses, develop, implement, measure and continuously improve key initiatives/programs
- Act as a representative on the D&I Leadership Council, contributing to high-level strategy, discussions, and decision-making
- Coordinate and support global D&I-related events, initiatives, and programs that drive awareness and promote inclusivity within the organization
- Partner across HR to ensure D&I strategies are integrated across the entire employee experience including recruiting, retention, talent development, and total rewards
- Partner with the HR leadership team to support the successful delivery of department-wide projects and initiatives. Act as the human resources project manager to ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals are met. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders outside the department
- Support the Global Co-Heads of Human Resources and functional ‘Heads Of’ with ad hoc project work and process improvements
- Explore emerging HR trends, technologies and systems and provide recommendations for initiatives and tools that can enhance HR operations and employee experience
- Lead outreach and ongoing relationship management with potential and current community partners that align with the Dimensional Driven pillars
- Ongoing support of the global Dimensional Driven Committee through event coordination
- Own employee communication of Dimensional Driven volunteer opportunities
- Previous experience in Human Resources, with a focus on project work workflow management and/or Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Strong knowledge of D&I best practices and trends, with experience supporting inclusion networks or affinity groups
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to be agile and flexible, to change courses and iterate as needed
- Ability to think critically about data and how best to leverage it to build consensus, influence and to demonstrate results
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a sometimes-ambiguous environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a passion for fostering inclusive environments
