The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client’s financial lives. As leader of the Business Continuity Team, you will develop the next evolution of the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Program, including restructuring our plans and exercise schedules, developing self-service capabilities for our business stakeholders, and leading our executive Crisis Management Team. The Manager of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery will manage a team of BCDR/Resiliency professionals to provide thought leadership and practical solutions enabling stability of service for our internal clients.

- Conduct broad tabletop exercises focused on educating and maturing our resiliency posture.
- Design integrations with incident response functions and processes.
- Design to keep pace with the ever-changing regulatory and compliance landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 – 10 years’ experience managing enterprise BCDR functions.
- Proven track record of implementing resiliency. continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery solutions for highly available hybrid architectures.
- Knowledge of modern technology infrastructure componentry and operations.
- Experience in leading enterprise scale projects.
- Experience in developing Disaster Recovery/Resiliency, Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans and conducting exercises.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications in one of the following preferred: ABCP, CBCP, CBCPI, CISSP, GCIH, ITIL, or BCI
- Experience with BC/DR planning software and Notification systems.
- Competence with common scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc) a plus.
- Understanding of security & infrastructure standards and regulations a plus
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
