Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers, identify and understand their styling goals

• Review salon services and pricing with customers before initiating service.

• Deliver a range of services; cuts, color, and treatments

• Elevate the company brand and your personal brand on social media channels

• Meet studio sales goals

• Comply with continuing education requirements

• Maintain orderly and clean work environment

We Require:

Qualified candidates must be eighteen (18) years or older with and possess an active license to perform hair services issued by the Maryland State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists.

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and, on occasion, lift up to 15 pounds

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role

• Available for a variety of shifts including daytime, evening, and Saturdays

• Follow all rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook

• Dependable transportation to/from the salon

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
