Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple installation crews. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the installation processes, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple stone installation crews to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
- Plan and schedule installation projects, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and guidance to installation teams on best practices, safety standards, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites and installations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation processes, including addressing customer concerns and resolving technical problems.
- Maintain inventory levels of granite materials and tools, ensuring crews are well-equipped for each job.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Track and report on project progress, installation metrics, and team performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in stone installation or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of stone installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing or overseeing multiple crews in the construction or stone industry.
- Knowledge of CAD software or other design tools.
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
