A leading company in HVAC design services/facility services is looking to hire Refrigeration Department Manager, there are San Antonio, TX and comes with competitive salary and relocation bonus. They need experience in;
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or other directly related engineering field. Other engineering or construction disciplines are considered based on experience and skill set.
- 10 or more years of directly related professional experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration system design engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Revit is strongly preferred but not required.
- Previous experience managing staff is required.
- Excellent working knowledge of thermodynamics and the refrigeration cycle.
- Manage, assign/prioritize workloads, lead, mentor, and develop a team of refrigeration design engineers to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
