This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Mahwah, NJ. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client goals and objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of Dimensional Worldwide Inc.
- Experience in client relationship management and project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in the exhibit design and event management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
