What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Dimensions Living Cudahy, LLC?
This position is responsible for providing assigned residents with routine daily nursing cares in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as trained and directed by the Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN), Unit Manager and / or other licensed nurse.
The CNA is required to report assistance provided with daily cares, and noted changes in a residents physical, psychosocial, mental, or emotional conditions according to community policy and procedure.
The Medication Aide provides personal care services, medication passing and treatment to residents.
Dimensions Living Cudahy is looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants / Med Techs to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our assisted living community.
There are three open positions at this time - one part-time position on AM shift (6 : 30A-3P), one part-time position on PM shift (2 : 30P-11P) and one full-time position on NOC shift (10 : 30P-7A).
There is a requirement to work every other weekend in these roles - no exceptions.
Full Time at Dimensions Living Cudahy is guaranteed 32 hours / week (64 hours per pay period).
