Responsibilities

- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer requests.
- Ensure all meat products are handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist customers with inquiries about meat products, providing exceptional customer service.
- Package meat products for display or sale, ensuring proper labeling and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the meat department.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Experience
- Must know how to cut all meat products.
