Job Description
We are seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Service Liaison is responsible for receiving all inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments. The Service Liaison responds to inquiries via internet, phone and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives. If you share that same relationship-based, servant’s heart attitude, this position is for you!
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, and previous call center experience is preferred. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with both staff and customers. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments
- Contact service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with Guests and Associates
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage
