Job Description

Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending upon experience and certification(s)!

Dimmitt Automotive Group is currently seeking a Certified and factory trained McLaren / Aston Martin Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance and repair work in accordance with dealership and factory quality standards and procedures to obtain the highest in customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Repairs vehicles as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years automotive technician experience in a dealership environment REQUIRED
• McLaren, Aston Martin experience
• Mercedes Benz experience
• EV certified preferred
• High school diploma or GED; tech schools/training
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent work history
• Highly professional and dependable
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift
