Responsibilities
-
Respond to customers that inquire about scheduling a service appointment

Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using Dimmitt Chevrolet's process
-
Build rapport with customers
-
Answer internet leads within the store's required time

Answer service phone calls and set appointments for customers
-
Confirm appointments
-
Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry

Maintain factory training and product knowledge requirements
Qualifications

Must possess a valid Florida driver's license

Must have a good driving record

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Bilingual / Spanish speaking a plus!
