What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Collision Center Estimator position at Dimmitt Chevrolet?
Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater Florida is seeking a qualified/experienced Body Shop Estimators to work in our growing Collision Center. We are a family owned dealership doing business for over 100 years.

Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and keep them updated on vehicle repair status.
Work with Insurance companies and manage portfolio in accordance to DRP requirements.
Communicate with Body and Paint technicians regarding necessary repairs and supplements.
Work with CDK, CCC and other estimating and management system that the Body Shop provides.
Handle Supplements in a timely manner and make sure the Body Shop gets paid for all Labor, Parts and Materials.
Properly write up, follow up and deliver the vehicle to the customer and review all charges and repairs with the estimate.
Body Shop Estimator Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years estimate writing experience and have good communication skills with customers and insurance representatives.
