Our client in the jewelry space is hiring a Marketing Director!
The Role: This is a hybrid role based in Park City, Utah, with two days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Meta ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo, as well as a deep understanding of paid media, email marketing, and performance analytics.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage a $50K monthly marketing budget across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- Oversee the creation, optimization, and performance of ad campaigns across social, search, and email.
- Leverage Klaviyo to build engaging email and SMS campaigns that increase customer retention and LTV.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Experience managing budgets of $50K per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience scaling a brand from 7 to 8 figures.
- Are familiar with Shopify and performance tracking tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Have built and led a team in a high-growth environment.
