What are the responsibilities and job description for the TikTok Creator Partnerships Manager position at Dimond Connect?
Our client in the personal care industry is hiring a TikTok Creator Partnerships Manager!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and partnering with key TikTok content creators for both TikTok Shop affiliate and paid partnerships.
Duties:
- Is a resourceful problem solver who prides themselves on creative, clever outreach to convince a volume of creators to partner with our client.
- Source and build relationships with a consistent supply of 100s of creators for TikTok Shop and paid partnerships
- Can manage a pipeline of 100s of Creators and keep them on schedule
- Understands what content performs well on TikTok to direct creators and their respective content.
- Curate, and manage high-quality content across all partnerships ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s voice and values.
- Execute paid partnerships, including monitoring performance, and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Ideate on content ideas and be able to write and communicate detailed content briefs to creator partners.e.
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process.
- Maintain a talent database and track expenses to ensure budget alignment.
- Communicate with all creator partners, ensuring they adhere to correct terminology, timelines, etc
- Stay informed on cultural happenings, internet trends, and influencers to identify key marketing moments.
- Revise and provide constructive feedback to influencers to enhance the quality and relevance of content.
- Verify and approve invoices, ensuring creators are compensated as per contractual agreements
- Manage the payment process for influencers in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an influencer partnership role, with a deep understanding of TikTok influencer marketing
- Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance
- Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Seller, TikTok Affiliate
- Understanding of hair and beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive work forward
Skills:
- 3 years of experience managing social channels, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working under tight timelines.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, and managing partnerships.
