Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and phone calls
- Basic troubleshooting and password resets
- Escalate complex issues to higher tiers
- Set up user profiles including email connection, ability to print to appropriate printers, and appropriate mapped network drives
- Provide the following user access support: create new user accounts; assist user with first login; set up email, printers, and network drive mapping; change passwords; and unlock accounts when requested or submit request to the NEC help desk
- Other duties as assigned
- Clearance Required: Secret
- High school diploma or associate's preferred
- 1 year help desk experience
- A CE or Network CE certification required.
