Job Title : Training Specialist (Front of House)
Compensation : $104,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary

Location : Hybrid - Need to be physically present at the restaurant as necessary while also engaging in remote work to fulfill training requirements.

About the Role :
As a Training Specialist - Front of House at Din Tai Fung, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of learning and development within your designated restaurant. This growth-focused role begins with supporting one restaurant, with opportunities to expand your scope to additional locations as you meet defined milestones. Your responsibilities will include executing training initiatives, coaching team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of front-of-house performance and guest experiences. Successful performance in this role can lead to advancement as an Area Training Manager, with increased responsibilities and compensation.
