The Senior Analyst, Menu Publishing manages menu content, working with the cross-functional team to maintain accuracy of menu items and descriptions across all menus / formats. This individual serves as the Publishing Team's primary point of contact for questions regarding menu content and the associated assets belonging to those menus.
This individual is a subject-matter expert, managing the nuances of the menu development for our franchise system, and works directly with our franchise operators to make sure their specific menu needs are properly addressed.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as Publishing team's primary point of contact for all menu content
- Manage menu changes and communicate required updates each menu cycle
Review menu briefs and write programming instructions
