Warehouse and Package Delivery Position
Dine Company is the premier full-service dealer in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, serving restaurants and foodservice operators throughout the Midwest region with top brands and thousands of products. We are accepting resumes for a Warehouse and Package Delivery Position with pay based on experience. Position will provide local van delivery on a weekly route and will be cross-trained in our warehouse. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Deliver small packages to restaurants and operators
· Deliver pallets of china, glassware, and other foodservice smallwares
· Picking orders to be delivered
· Loading delivery vehicles
· Warehouse and inventory control with stock put aways
· Some Equipment Delivery (DOT driving experience a plus but not required)
· Warehouse duties including forklift duties (pallet jack and forklift experience are a plus, but not required)
· Safe driving and operation of vehicles
Job Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills with team members and customers and the willingness to work as part of a team.
– An ability to follow instructions and procedures.
– A desire to learn about restaurant equipment and smallwares.
– A strong work ethic and integrity.
– Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.
– Work 40 hours per week with some overtime and some early start times.
– A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
– MUST be able to pass a complete background check including drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
