We're currently recruiting a dedicated Evening Chef to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in DINE on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include :
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for evening service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create exciting menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- fill vendors where necessary
- Meet all Due Diligence & HACCP requirements
