Job Summary:
DDC-IT Services is seeking an individual to fill the role of Intermediate z/OS Systems Security Administrator – RACF.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all information systems are managed, operated, and used in accordance with (IAW) DISA STIGS and other applicable policies and procedures.
- Support RACF utilized by the information systems.
- Provide access control and account provisioning for all information systems.
- Use DCSA or DoD approved tools to plan, conduct, review, analyze, and correct findings in support of STIG reviews Security Readiness Reviews (SRR).
- Provide audit and inspection support for the government to include providing artifacts and evidence.
- Provide support for Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises. This includes creation, interpretation, and updating documentation of continuity of operations/disaster recovery processes and procedures to perform tabletop simulations and actual recovery of IBM Mainframe platforms.
- Grant and maintain access and account profiles for both individual and system resources.
- Promptly report security violations IAW with specific security requirements for reporting incidents and violations.
- Use DCSA approved tools and follow policies for Change, Incident and Service Requests.
- Manage public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates and keyrings.
- Create and maintain access and account profiles for both individual and system resources.
- Provide detailed plan and methodology for implementing and maintaining access controls for each assigned Access Control Program (ACP).
- Develop and maintain z/OS UNIX System Services Access Control Lists (ACL).
- Support DOD Cyber Security requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) preparation, and security audits.
- Provide technical oversight and consultation regarding security risk management posture of managed assets.
- Coordinate and assist technical support staff in the installation, maintenance and security on all system products.
- Perform security reviews on new products to ensure compliance with DCSA security requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret. Active Top Secret clearance preferred.
- ONE of the IAT level 2 certifications required!
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and four years' experience with ACF2, CA TSS, and RACF in a large IBM mainframe environment.OR
- 5 years' experience with ACF2, CA TSS, and RACF in a large IBM mainframe environment.
