At Dine Development Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Enterprise Manager to lead our IT and telecommunications team in providing enterprise support. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of experts in network, technical support, cyber security, IT operations, telecommunications, and Land Mobile Radio.
The ideal candidate will have four (4 ) years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. US citizenship with an active Secret clearance is preferred, and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3 Secret clearance is also necessary.

In this role, you will:
- Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
- Direct the management and support for enterprise-level infrastructure.
- Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement, plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
- Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and concerned with network, technical support, cyber security, IT operations, telecommunications, and Land Mobile Radio.
- Provide quality assurance review and evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
- Assist and oversee all operations activities.
