Job Summary:
Dine Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead an IT and telecommunications team providing enterprise-level support.
The Program Manager will oversee the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure, working closely with government customers to identify needs for improvement and implement large-scale projects without disrupting daily operations.
*Position is contingent upon contract award*
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
- Team Leadership: Direct the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure.
- Customer Liaison: Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement and plan and implement large-scale projects.
- Oversight and Quality Assurance: Provide oversight for various tasks and activities related to network, technical support, cyber security, IT operations, telecommunications, and Land Mobile Radio.
- Tool Evaluation: Provide quality assurance review and evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
- Operations Support: Assist and provide oversight for all operations activities.
- Pediatric Care: Responsible for all team personnel including interviewing, hiring, timekeeping, evaluations, mentoring, personnel corrective actions, and representing Dine Development Corporation to the customer.
Requirements:
- Experience: Four (4 ) years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Clearance: US citizen with an active Secret clearance (preferred) or able to obtain and maintain a T3 Secret clearance.
- Technical Skills: Eight (8 ) years of progressive experience in information technology, including areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, telecommunications systems, and video teleconferencing.
